Since all our pieces our made to order, we donot accept any returns or exchanges.

Refunds will be considered and provided in equivalent store credit if there has been an error in order fulfillment from Ninéh, for example, the product reaches the customer in a damaged/ defective condition. The store credit is valid for 3 months from the date it has been awarded. In such a case, the customer will need to contact Ninéh within 1 week of receiving the order.
