shipping policy

We offer free shipping across India. For International shipping, a flat rate shipping charge will be applied at checkout. 

Since our products are made to order , they will be shipped within 2 weeks of placing the order.

Tracking details will be provided to the customer when the order has been shipped. 

Ninéh uses  trustable and well established third party courier services. If the order does not reach the customer, Ninéh will provide a refund.
